Ground Beef Cabbage Fried Rice (leftovers) - Gluten Free Rich Bitch Cooking Blog

For a few weeks there we’d been having pre-cooked rice in the fridge ready to go. I really like having rice ready and at my finger tips even though it only takes 15 minutes to cook. I’d heard that pre-cooked and cooled rice is best for fried rice. Lucky me I was in a place to try it. This is more of an idea and less of a recipe so I’m planning seed. Do what you will.

  1. 1 TB sesame oil in skillet
  2. Add 2 or 3 cups of leftover rice
  3. Add a ton of cooked leftover rice (left over from spring rolls)
  4. Mix & add 1 TB sesame oil & soy sauce
  5. Throw in some ground beef leftovers
  6. Sprinkle in some peas, ginger powder and sriracha
  7. Final stir, serve & ENJOY
