It’s been a surreal week. Thankfully, there are simple recipes that take 2 seconds to puzzle piece together while letting the oven take care of the rest. Let’s eat more 2 ingredient dishes and have bacon be half of the equation, like this bacon wrapped tater tot recipe. I’d bet this could be made with vegan soy bacon, I may try that soon. - Chop off the ends of the brussels sprouts and remove any wild looking leaves.
- Cut bacon slices in half. I cut them while still in the package so that it cuts perfectly.
- Wrap bacon around the veggies. Place seam side down and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes (or till desired crispy-ness). ENJOY!
