Vegan Drinkable Pudding Hot Chocolate – Low Fat

Vegan Drinkable Pudding Hot Chocolate - Low Fat - Rich Bitch Cooking Blog

So I half ass followed a recipe that’s called Super Creamy Hot Chocolate. I will admit I am not good at following recipes so ours did not come out super creamy but it was so freaking good. It was thicker than the boring water based homemade hot chocolate but the chocolate pudding flavor is fucking fancy. This recipe is for one latte size cup.

2 TB cocoa powder, 2.5 TB sugar, 2 ts cornstarch & 1.5 cup vegan milk

  1. Mix all of the dry stuff in a cup. Sifting would be smart but I am too lazying.
  2. Heat milk up on the stove. Once hot mix a small amount of hot milk into the powder. Go slow to prevent any clumping and use a non-breakable container. Once everything is dissolved you can add all of the milk and whisk everything together.
  3. Pour your hot chocolate back into the pot and boil on the stove for a minute or two.
  4. Pour into your latte cup. ENJOY

  1. Dude, I think it would be soo much easier dissolving the dry stuff in some cold milk and then pouring this shit into the rest of the milk that’s boiling in the pot. Peace!
