How have I never eaten the worlds greatest dessert?! Cheap & easy are the cornerstone to any recipe that I consider a recipe which can be made regardless of what your life circumstance is. If you’re poor, if you’re short on time, if you’re a big baby about eating food with an ingredient list, etc. This recipe hits the nail on the head. My first bite was like comfort food heaven. It was like banana bread pudding. The only down side is I don’t find eating 2 baked bananas as filling as a smoothie or banana ice cream but this is a warm alternative to those other banana options. Fall banana recipe for the win!
Bananas & pumpkin pie spice (agave drizzled on top might be sweetness overkill)
- Carefully slice bananas in half
- Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. ENJOY
