Vegan Granola Bars – No Bake – Almond Butter & Oatmeal

16 pitted dates (220 grams), 1/4 cup agave (84 grams), 1/4 cup almond butter (64 grams), 1 cup almonds (112 grams), 1.5 cups oatmeal (135 grams)

  1. I toasted the oatmeal and almonds on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Toasting is optional but well worth the awesome flavors it brings.
  2. I chopped my almonds after toasting
  3. Put dates in food processor. Processes til it a ball
  4. Microwave almond butter & agave for 30-45 seconds
  5. Hand mix everything together then press into an 8 X 8 pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for a couple hours then cut into bars. ENJOY!

Vegan Chocolate Coconut Bars – No Bake – Lara Bar Style

29 pitted dates (410 grams), 35 grams almonds (small handful), 25 grams walnuts (sprinkle of nuts), 3/4 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes (shredded, 68 grams), 20 grams/4 TB cocoa powder

  1. Process dates in a food processor. Pulse to break them up.
  2. Add nuts and pulse til those are broken up
  3. Add cocoa powder & coconut flakes and processes a lot. I stopped and scrapped the sides down a few times. I kept processing til my “dough” was on the smoother side but you could go with a more chunky, nutty texture.
  4. Remove from food processor. Lay out flat and refrigerate for a couple hours.
  5. Cut into bars. Garnish with coconut flakes. ENJOY

Vegan Protein Bars – Quest Bar Style – Cookie Dough, Cookies n Cream, Cake  Batter

ONE COOKIE: 55 grams yum fiber syrup (bought on ebay for $20), 1 packet/scoop protein powder (30 grams) + any add in (1-2 crushed oreos, 10 grams of chocolate chips, sprinkles or dried fruit & spices)

  1. Prep all of your add ins before heating up the syrup.
  2. Microwave your syrup for 30 seconds
  3. Mix in protein powder
  4. Pour the dough out onto a non-stick surface. Knead if needed to get all the powder to incorporate into dough.
  5. Mix in cookies to make cookies n cream. Push chocolate chips on top to make cookie dough. Push sprinkles on top to make cake batter.
  6. I cut a plastic sandwich bag in half then used that to help better form the perfect bar shape as shown in the video.
  7. Chill in fridge for a couple hours. I cut the sides of the bar to give them a factory finish (optional).
