Do you like eating frosting?! I do. If you like frosting then you’ll like these. If you don’t like frosting then you won’t. These vegan fudge recipes are made with 2 ingredients in the microwave. These are fail-proof. Everyone will win!!

I used Duncan Hines. Some of their flavors are vegan. They’re like $1.50 each. The health food store has less chemical soup versions of frosting but those bitches are like $5 each!

SAFETY TIP 1: I’ve watched videos of people putting the jars of peanut butter and frosting in the microwave for 1 minute each. I can not stress how important it is to remove 100% of the metal foil off of the top. If these’s have even a tiny bit of foil then it will catch on fire. If you put these in the microwave you must keep an eye on it 100% of the time. What if there’s some hidden metal on the packaging somewhere? FIRE!
*Feel free to pour everything into a bowl then microwave šŸ™‚

SAFETY TIP 2: Hot sugar burns worse than hot oil. At least that’s what a baker once told me. And these recipes are heated oil and sugar so be cautious when making these desserts with kids. And don’t sample the fudge batter straight from the microwave. HOT!

Vegan Rainbow Unicorn Galaxy Fudge (Vanilla)
I made 2 failed versions of this before I remembered that I had an old bag of vegan white chocolate chips in the pantry. I usually don’t remake recipes if they don’t work but I could feel the success of this being worth the challenge.

*Vegan white chocolate chips are available on amazon and vegan snack websites.
